A dynamic yoga experience of inner rhythm and expressive movement
to increase your awareness of body and breathe, increase energy and
strengthen vitality.
Svaroopa® Yoga:
A fundamentally different approach to Yoga using precise
alignments, personalized
adjustments and specialized props for support to unravel the “nots” of
tension to see life clearly and live in a new way.
Private Sessions:
EmbodymentSM Therapy: A hands-on
approach creating the experience of being fully in your body while in the
Shavasana (Relaxation) pose creating a sense of inner peace.

Journaling Community:
An informal group talking, supporting, collaborating, encouraging,
dreaming, sharing and inspiring growth in the company of others while
using the Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron.

Zdanowich, founder of CATCH YOUR BREATH, is a certified EmbodymentSM Therapist, certified Kripalu Danskinectics® (YogaDance)
and Svaroopa® Yoga teacher.
Her spiritual path is founded upon integrity, compassion, healing,
service and love.
A
life long yoga practitioner,
personally trained and certified by renowned Yoga teachers Rama Berch and
Megha Buttenheim. Rama Berch
is Founder and Director of Master Yoga Academy, Founder and President of
the National Yoga Alliance and former Director of the Yoga program at
Deepak Chopra’s Center for Well Being in La Jolla, CA.
Megha Buttenheim is a Kripalu 18-year faculty veteran and Director
of Danskinectics® (YogaDance).
