ICF-CT Mentoring Program 

The Mentor Program is designed to create a forum where new or prospective coaches can gain 
connection, information and support from senior coaches, through a one-on-one mentor 
relationship.

Interested in Mentoring or Being Mentored?  Here’s How

I. IF YOU WANT TO BE A MENTOR--and help others:

·        FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AND MAIL YOUR PROFILE TO CAROLE JACOBY (Chair of the Mentor Program) AT carole@lifevisionscoach.com    
BE SURE TO PUT "I WANT TO BE A MENTOR" IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
Profile information to include: 

      1)      Your name, phone number and email/web addresses
2)      Number of years coaching professionally
3)      Your formal coaching training (CTI, CoachU, etc)
4)      Your mentoring specialties:

      a.       Launching a coaching business
b.      Marketing a coaching business
c.       Developing and facilitating workshops
d.      Facilitating coaching tele-classes
e.   General Coaching 

       5)      Your coaching specialty

      a.       Life coaching
b.      Executive/corporate
c.       Business
d.      Team
e.       Internal
f.        New coaches
g.       ADD  

·     OR , SIMPLY COPY AND PASTE A BLANK PORTION OF THE TABLE BELOW INTO AN EMAIL, FILL IT OUT AND SEND IT TO CAROLE JACOBY AT carole@lifevisionscoach.com  

·        As mentors, when you agree to enter into a mentoring relationship(s) and are unavailable for the next 3 months, please email Carole as she is the Committee Chair.  She will let Melissa know and Melissa will post this status on the website profile.  

·        Mentors, you are free to mentor as many coaches as you believe you can handle at a time.  You are not limited to a specific number of mentees. 


II. IF YOU WANT TO FIND A MENTOR--and get help with your coaching:

·        SCROLL DOWN TO THE CHART BELOW TO VIEW PROFILES OF AVAILABLE MENTORS

·        Determine a mentor’s availability by checking the column headed “A/NA”  which stand for available (A) or not available (NA)

·        If the column reflects “A” next to the desired mentor’s name, that person is available to enter into a mentoring relationship. 

·        Give the mentor a call/email to discuss your interest and to determine a mentoring fit. 

·        If both of you are satisfied that the fit exists, you are on your way to a fulfilling mentoring experience.
